While I was at Reed, some of the students offered me a slice of lemon pie and it was one of the best things I had ever tasted so naturally, I asked for the recipe. I was surprised to see how incredibly simple it was, anyone can do it! Here goes:
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Graham cracker crumbs and butter mixed together or a premade crust.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350˚F
